Browser-based image tools
A small image fix should not require a full editing suite. Pick colors, resize, compress, or blur private details right in your browser, without uploading the image to Boltpic.
Choose a tool
Color Picker
Choose a photo or screenshot, then click a pixel to view and copy its HEX, RGB, and HSL values. The file stays in your browser.
Open tool →Gradient
Adjust color stops and angles on screen to build linear and radial gradients. Copy the finished CSS when the preview looks right.
Open tool →Resize
Load an image and set the width and height you need. Keep the aspect ratio locked or enter both dimensions, then download a new file.
Open tool →Crop
Choose the part of an image to keep, then adjust its ratio, rotation, and angle. Check the preview and download the cropped file.
Open tool →Convert
Choose PNG, JPG, or WebP as the output and create a new file. Boltpic does not send the source image to its server.
Open tool →Compress
Compare the source and preview while adjusting quality and file size. Download the compressed copy once it remains clear enough for its destination.
Open tool →Palette
Turn the most prominent colors in an image into a compact palette. Copy any HEX value into a design file or stylesheet.
Open tool →Transparency
Click the background color to remove and adjust the tolerance for similar pixels. It works best on logos and icons with a fairly uniform background.
Open tool →Replace Color
Choose a new color, then click the color to replace in the image. Pixels within the selected tolerance change with it.
Open tool →Pixelate
Pixelate faces, license plates, addresses, and other details that should not be public. Zoom into the result before saving to make sure the covered content is unreadable.

What is Boltpic?
Boltpic brings ten everyday image tasks into one place. Pick a color, extract a palette, resize or crop a photo, change its format, reduce its size, remove a flat background, or mask private details with the tool made for that job.
Files are handled locally in your browser with the File API and Canvas. Boltpic does not send the source image to its server or keep a working copy; you save the finished file directly to your device.
There is no software to install and no account to create. The site is available in Korean, English, Japanese, and German; controls and processing speed can vary by browser and device.
How Boltpic works
Image processing in your browser
Images loaded into a tool are processed locally in your browser. Boltpic does not send the source file to its server or retain a working copy.
Free, with nothing to install
No program to install, no account to create. Open the page in your browser and every tool is free to use right away — and no watermark is added to your results.
A short workflow for each task
Load an image, check the result on screen, and download it. Short jobs such as resizing and format conversion stay short.
Desktop and mobile browsers
The tools can be used in desktop, smartphone, and tablet browsers. Available memory, pointer controls, and screen size affect how comfortable larger or more precise jobs are.
Which tool should I use?
Start with the job you need to finish. Each tool page follows the actual controls on screen and explains what to check before downloading the result.
Working with colors
Curious about the color of a specific pixel? Use the color picker. Need a representative color scheme from a whole image? Use the palette extractor. Build CSS backgrounds with the gradient generator, and when you want to swap a logo or icon color for another, the color replacer is the right fit.
Size & composition
Use the resizer when you need to match pixel dimensions for social media or web banners, and the cropper when you want to keep only part of a photo or straighten a tilted shot. Chain the two together and most size-related tasks are covered.
File size & format
Use the format converter to switch between PNG, JPG, and WebP, and the compressor to shrink file size while keeping the quality. Both are especially useful for speeding up websites and staying under attachment size limits.
Privacy & cleanup
Need to hide faces, phone numbers, or license plates before sharing a photo or screenshot? Use the pixelation tool, then reopen and inspect the saved result. To erase a solid background from a logo or stamp, use the transparency tool and save as PNG or WebP.
Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. An image loaded into a tool is processed locally in your browser; Boltpic does not send it to its server or retain a copy. You save the finished file directly to your device.
Do I need to install anything or sign up?
No, you don't. You don't have to install an app or create an account — you can use it straight from your browser. Just pick the tool you need and load your image.
Is Boltpic free to use?
Yes, Boltpic is a free image toolkit anyone can use. You can freely use the main features — color extraction, gradient generation, resizing, format conversion, compression, and more.
Which image formats are supported?
The image-file tools support JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Depending on the tool, results can be saved as PNG, JPG, or WebP. To retain transparency, choose PNG or WebP and confirm that the destination accepts it.
Is there a file size limit?
Boltpic does not set a fixed file-size limit. Processing speed still depends on your device and available browser memory, and very high-resolution images may take longer. If that happens, reduce the dimensions first with the resize tool.
Can I use the results commercially?
Boltpic does not claim rights to your edited files. Whether you may use a result personally or commercially depends on the rights, licences, trademarks, and likeness rights attached to the source image and on applicable law.
